My 9 month old baby, teeth have not grown

My 9 month old baby, but my baby teeth have not appeared? The problem is that age baby are teething, there is another 4-6 months time ya weight pretty healthy but why 7-9 months old when her weight decreased, whether caused my baby often falls yes, almost 9 times.
