Baby Upper Gums And Uneven Teeth

Question : I have a son named Daniel Farish Ahmad aged 1 yr. Danny now has 2 bottom teeth stem emerging from the age of 7 months .. now look canines first appeared on both sides. Front teeth in the upper portion had not yet come ..
Are these normal?
I'm afraid my child because often suck the nipple blank each time going to sleep ..
